    Join Our Team as an ICT Teacher

    • Location: Caterham, Surrey
    • Salary: £31,350 - £46,179 per annum + £5000 bonus

    Are you a dedicated and passionate ICT Teacher? Reed Education is looking for an ICT Teacher to join our team at a specialist education centre. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with communication and social interaction difficulties, primarily Autism, aged 11 - 16. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on students' lives and contribute to our creative curriculum.

    Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

    • Delivering and developing the ICT curriculum
    • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing personalised targets for students
    • Assessing and reporting on student progress
    • Contributing to the review of educational plans
    • Providing structured lessons with focus
    • Staying informed on current issues in autism

    Requirements:

    • PGCE, QTS, or equivalent qualification
    • Experience in teaching ICT up to GCSE level
    • Knowledge of ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles
    • Understanding of Safeguarding principles
    • Experience in managing challenging behavior
