    DEPUTY NURSE MANAGERBelfast£49,000

    Keen to move into a senior position?

    Think you have what it takes to be a Deputy Manager?

    I am ideally looking for a confident and experienced nurse with:
    • Prior experience working within dementia care,
    • Prior experience working as a Nurse in Charge,
    • And strong knowledge of private care systems,

    For a permanent post in Belfast.

    This will require you to help the Nurse Manager with:
    • Rota management,
    • Supervision of junior nurses and care staff,
    • Delegation of duties,
    • Sitting in for interviews or appraisals,
    • And helping to liaise between your residents and their wider care team.
