    As a Bartender, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu Bar and Restaurant.

    Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
    Able to organize and orchestrate the opening, operation, and closing of the Bar Lounge

    A good working knowledge of all beverage products - particularly wine, liquor, and signature cocktails as well as a good working knowledge of all food products.

    (Excellent training will be given)

    Ideally you would have previous restaurant experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar.

    An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
