- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Performing variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with department heads to develop budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and monitor performance against projections.
- Managing cash flow and ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Supporting the development of internal control policies and contributing to financial planning initiatives. About You:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA) being highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, Financial Analyst, or in a comparable position within the Engineering or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and taxation.
- Proficient in financial software, with advanced Excel skills and experience in ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
