We're looking to add a Solicitor/Legal Executive to our Lifestyle and Estate Planning Team in Chichester or Southampton, minimum 2 day's per week in office.
We are looking for a Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (or someone currently undertaking one of these qualification routes) for our Lifestyle and Estate Planning Team.
You will be working within a team focusing on the administration of property and financial affairs and Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney for elderly and vulnerable clients, so experience in these areas is essential.
COP applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney - to take initial instructions from clients and to advise, after consultation with the Supervising Team Leader where appropriate, on the legal action and all alternatives open to the client.
