    Are you a HSE Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry?

    Cure Talent is excited to partner with a global Med-Tech organisation committed to transforming lives. Due to their exceptional continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Manager to contribute to the safety and sustainability development, as well as the continuous improvement, of their facilities and systems worldwide.

    The successful HSE Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability of the environment, equipment, and processes while consistently adhering to regulations and industry standards across multiple sites simultaneously. Implementing new strategies and continuous improvement initiatives will be fundamental aspects of this role, with the environmental aspect being central.

    Day in the Life:

    • Spearhead HSE processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Serve as SME throughout the organisation, offering guidance and expertise.
    • Work towards environmental sustainability goals.
    • Collaborate with key business units to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
    • Provide support for incident investigations and promptly address any identified issues.

    Must haves:

    • HNC / NEBOSH educated or higher in a relevant field
    • Proven HSE experience in a highly regulated, manufacturing environment across multiple sites
    • Member of established risk management institute
    • Microsoft proficient
    • Proven experience in driving environmental sustainability efforts
