Due to their exceptional continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Manager to contribute to the safety and sustainability development, as well as the continuous improvement, of their facilities and systems worldwide.
The successful HSE Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability of the environment, equipment, and processes while consistently adhering to regulations and industry standards across multiple sites simultaneously.
Implementing new strategies and continuous improvement initiatives will be fundamental aspects of this role, with the environmental aspect being central.
Day in the Life:
nSpearhead HSE processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.nServe as SME throughout the organisation, offering guidance and expertise.nWork towards environmental sustainability goals.nCollaborate with key business units to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.nProvide support for incident investigations and promptly address any identified issues.
Must haves:
nHNC / NEBOSH educated or higher in a relevant fieldnProven HSE experience in a highly regulated, manufacturing environment across multiple sitesnMember of established risk management institutenMicrosoft proficientnProven experience in driving environmental sustainability efforts
Our client has facilities around the world, this exciting opportunity may see your workload in the UK, Europe, Asia and India, so you must be prepared to travel as part of this position.
