As Business Analyst in DWP you will work across the product delivery lifecycle as we build, maintain and transform services used by millions of people.

You'll lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups and to effectively understand business problems and user needs.

As a BA we want you to define solutions that deliver value, and balance business needs with technical capabilities.

You'll be part of a project team and a winder BA community.

We'll help you quickly build a good understanding of the business processes and activities that impact your work, and products, services and projects you're working on.

You'll manage our junior BAs and develop your leadership skills as you pass on your knowledge and experience to the BA leaders of the future.

Significant experience of working as Business Analyst.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
You'll join us in either our Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield digital hubs.
