The Project Delivery Team is an integral part of the wider tech function. We work collaboratively with the business and tech to deliver business priorities and outcomes. Encompassing PMO, project management and business analysis, our friendly, supportive team work together to drive action and deliver results.

As a Business Analyst at boohoo group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brand.

We are looking for a self-driven and analytical individual who can identify business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose valuable improvements to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

This role requires an approach that matches and recognises the extremely fast paced and continually evolving nature of the business.

Performing business analysis in the early stages of a project or product enhancement
Organising and facilitating the required meetings and workshops to support project discovery and delivery
Employing root cause analysis tools to understand a problem
Lead requirements elaboration during the low-level design and build of the solution whilst ensuring the business is fully informed and any business-related activities are coordinated alongside any IT deliverables

Working with the IT solution architect and development leads in the production of an IT Solution Design ensuring that proposed solutions are aligned with IT strategy yet meet business expectations.

Working as part of a Development Team to ensure costs, timescales and any feasibility constraints are sufficiently understood and conveyed to the business
Ensuring consistent analysis standards are used across projects and any cross-project dependencies are sufficiently identified and managed
Ensuring that deliverables are produced according to plans and departmental quality standards
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the fashion industry.
Experience in conducting business process analysis and workflow design.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Experience with user acceptance testing and system implementation support.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
