    Description

    Hybrid position - Knutsford
    • This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and have an ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment. Coordinate and prepare internal / external meetings, including communications, room facilities, agenda, IT set-ups, contracts, etc.
    • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations, including expense reporting processing
    • Monitor daily incoming phone calls and meeting requests and manage emails where appropriate
    • Handle special ad hoc projects as necessary
    • Assist in the planning/management of personnel in the department.
    • 2 + years experience supporting at executive level
    • Proficient in German both written and spoken would be an advantage but isn't mandatory
    • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
    • Must be highly organised, works well under pressure, be proactive, flexible, reliable, punctual and highly confidential
    • Corporate event planning and/or conference planning experience
    • Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image both in person and over the phone.
    • Sense of passion and ownership for projects and tasks
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Exposure to Marketing, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, SaaS would be an advantage
    • Experience working in a software company would be an advantage
