    Description
    Job Description CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Managing contractors while on-site, assist in coordinating upcoming works and projects
    Liaising with contractors and arrange site maintenance services.
    Assisting in contractor management of FM services, including HVAC, Fire Safety, Soft & Hard FM, Security, Water Treatment.
    Ensuring any remedial action from checks and contractor site visits are reported and progressed.
    Working with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of Training for New Starters, Contractors, and existing staff are completed.
    Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, eLogbooks, PPE, toolbox talks.
    Support with planning and arranging call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
    Complete low risk reactive repairs such as replacing lamps, grounds maintenance tasks.
    Assist with meeting room set-ups and furniture relocations.

    MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Contract / Supplier Management Skills
    Operational experience of managing Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality Systems
