In joining us, you'll also become part of our extended family. You'll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.
Situated in a quiet and residential street in near to Didcot town centre lies The Meadows. The home offers compassionate, individualised residential, early-stage dementia and nursing care for up to 68 residents in a welcoming, friendly and cosy environment.. We're rated 9.5 by and Good by the Care Quality Commission.
AND IN RETURN
The Trust is a great place to work; we've been providing care for almost 1,000 years and we're currently the second largest not-for-profit provider in the UK. Not-for-profit means that we reinvest every penny we make into our residents, colleagues and the care homes we live and work in. Therefore, we offer a great range of benefits, including a competitive salary, training and development. Alongside keeping our colleagues safe withPPE and daily testing
Here are some of the other benefits you'll enjoy as a valued member of our team:
ABOUT YOU
You'll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You'll also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment.
You'll be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. A supportive leader, you'll motivate your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times.
If you think you have the right skills and attitude to deliver the highest quality of care for our residents as a Night Care Leader within our care homes, then you could be the next to join us. So, apply and get your career started with us today.
