    Head of SEO

    Tech - Property

    Salary £60, % Bonus & Extensive Benefits Package

    I am working in partnership on a fantastic new Head of SEO opportunity with a fast-growing company who are hitting new heights month after month. They are widely respected in the property sector and are on course for another great year after identifying further growth in their marketing team.

    The opportunity:

    • Big investment – Well funded founders, with credit lines at big hedge funds
    • Over £60m turn over last year
    • This is a digital first brand, where marketing is at the heart of its growth
    • It is a close knit & collaborative team, who are passionate about what they do
    • Huge investment this year which a massive chunk of that has been put into scaling the in-house marketing teams

    The Role:

    • Defining and delivering the plan of all things content & SEO to achieve group objectives
    • Accurate reporting of performance with insights & hypothesis around what our data is telling us about further opportunities
    • Internal consultant for SEO best practices upskilling colleagues and stakeholders on minimum requirements
    • Delivering an opportunity plan for content topics and assessing post-delivery performance vs. expectation
    • Bringing in external opinions on the world of SEO ensuring the brands within is at the forefront of opportunities
    • Owning our SEO toolset including, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog and similar

    Skills

    • An excellent track record in digital marketing with an understanding across all marketing mediums
    • A hands-on problem-solver who can spot opportunities and make it happen
    • Able to analyse and report in order to improve performance
    • Able to work with team members and bring them onside during periods of change
    • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills (both written and verbal)
    • Autonomous and tenacious – be able to set own direction and define future requirements.
    • An ability to think outside the box
    • Adept at working alongside specialist colleagues across a range of departments
    • Personable and diplomatic, but willing to promote and defend own views
    • Strong work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond
