About Myself
I am looking for a 2 Personal Assistants 2:1 to take me out socialising near where I live, in the local Merthyr area.
I am a 15-year-old teenager I have been diagnosed with Global Development Delay and have a rare heart condition called Wolff Parkinson-White Syndrome (my mother will explain more about this). I struggle with my anxiety and repetitiveness.
I spend most of my time at home with my mother and would like a Personal Assistant to take me out for my Mam to have a break and for me to gain confidence in social settings. I like most activities but have to be careful with my heart condition, so its important that anyone who works with me is CPR trained.

Working Hours/Pay of Rate
2 VACANCIES 2:1 SUPPORT
6 hours per week term time (39 weeks) - £13.00 per hour
8 hours a week school holidays (13 weeks) - £13.00 per hour
Hours need to be flexible to my needs and will be discussed in the interview
