    This role is hosted by UHBW as part of the Acute Provider Collaborative but will work across NBT, UHBW and the wider system.

    The Programme Manager will report to the Joint Head of Resourcing Transformation and provide project management skills to develop a collaborative bank model for NBT & UHBW's temporary workers, with an opportunity to expand the service offer more widely across the ICB. The post will involve close liaison with team members across UHBW, NBT, and BNSSG's Integrated Care System.

    The Programme Manager will work closely with the temporary staffing teams at North Bristol NHS Trust and University Hospital Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust and the Collaborative bank, Acute Provider Collaborative Team, Resourcing, HR, and workforce Leads to:

    ·Develop the ongoing programme for a future Collaborative Bank model in alignment to a clear plan of deliverables with oversight and assurance through APC Board and Joint Resourcing Steering Group

    ·Implement the pilot for the digital collaborative bank and to demonstrate the impact and benefit through clear measurables underpinned by data led insights

    ·Develop a package of support that delivers a range of improvements from a bank worker experience perspective. This will be formulated in partnership with Bank and NBT eXtra leadership teams

    ·Develop and lead a plan to optimise engagement across both Trust's bank operations team to support a culture of collaboration that will engender the effective delivery of the programme

  • Provide direction for the development and alignment of Standard Operating Procedures relating to Bank and Agency staff across the two Trusts
  • Develop and embed an end to end workforce attraction strategy that stimulates the external market as well as driving interest from both Trust's substantive workforce
  • Own the continuation of rates and incentives harmonisation, reviewing previous arrangements to create a compelling offer for a thriving collaborative bank workforce
