We are looking for an Orders Administrator for our office in Tewkesbury to fit into a dynamic and fast-growing environment that will be trained and coached by our experienced team.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor and working alongside a small administration and commercial team, in this role the key responsibilities will include:
Evaluation of proposals for entering customers and terms of sale, with the support of IT tools.
Order entry.
Support the sales force in relation to any disputes and unsettled invoices.
Management of relationships with carriers and suppliers. Manage the shipping, orders receiving and delivering issuesSending reminders to customers and possible preparation of documentation for legal action.
Pre and post-sale telephone support to customers.
Payment and petty cash management.
Archive management.

Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the company's reputation by presenting new ideas and implementing change when requested to do so.

Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator or logistic experience would be highly advantageous due to the nature of the role but we are very open to considering candidates with administration/customer-facing experience looking to undertake a new challenge in their career.

Overall key skills will include excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer care skills, and a good administration ability, coupled with residence near Tewkesbury.
