    Job Description

    • Manage and progress a diverse caseload of housing litigation matters.
    • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients and colleagues.
    • Conduct legal research to assist with case preparation.
    • Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
    • Liaise with internal and external parties on case progress.
    • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
    • Support the team in meeting departmental targets.
    • Stay updated with changes in property law to ensure compliance.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Housing Litigation Paralegal should have:

    • A degree in law or a related field.
    • Practical experience in property law or housing litigation.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • An ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
