    Description
    Greenstar Cleaners are looking for a full time Contract Manager to join our team. We are a commercial cleaning company, based in Sussex who have been established for over 45 years.

    Management of day-to-day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the cleaning service within the contract specification for around 50 – 80 clients sites.

    Responsible for work allocation to the cleaning team, keeping within the specified detail of the contract, the financial budget and working principles.

    Plan staff rotas and manage staff hours worked, sickness and annual leave.
    Stock ordering and management

    Carry out scheduled cleaning audits to monitor and manage cleaner's performance and adherence to Company standards as per the requirements of the contract.

    Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH, you must demonstrate awareness of any site specific hazards and follow company procedures to manage.

    Experience in the cleaning industry and of managing a cleaning account
    A "hands-on" attitude and has a balance of personnel management skills and business sense, to ensure operational success.
    Able to effectively manage cleaning and supervisory staff.
    Flexible on working times
    A NEBOSH or IOSH Certification would be excellent
    A valid UK driver's license, satisfactory references and right to work in the UK.
    Company vehicle with Fuel card or mileage allowance
