    Department Manager | East London, Stratford | £40,000 + BenefitsOverviewWant to be part of a new and creative retail space? it's totally unique, engaging the customer with activities as well a selling high-quality product.

    We are looking for energetic and passionate retailers that want to be a part of something that's new, evolving and growing.

    The key are of focus for this role is your team, supporting with recruitment, onboarding, cultural events and celebrations, training and development, if you are passionate about people and want to develop your career more specifically in this field, this could be a great opportunity.

    Please note; this is not a HR role but a great way to start being more focused on the journey and development of your team, you are still part of the wider leadership team on the shop floor.

    To thrive in this role, you must be passionate about People and enjoy creating a positive, supportive working environment for your team.

    The RoleLead and protect an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every member of our community is welcomed warmly, and greeted by an excited and inspiring brand ambassador.

    Expert on all elements of the customer journey, to educate, inform and share. Provide all customers and visitors with 360-degree knowledge of the brand and its local community.

    Drive exceptional results, protect customer retentionBuild relationships with customers and support the wider team to get to know individual community members, frequent visitors, and long-standing supporters.
