    Description
    Are you a seasoned trainer within the adult care sector with a knack for teaching, particularly apprenticeships?

    Our client present an enticing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our Healthcare Team as a hybrid-based Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer.

    As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care to a minimum caseload of 45 learners.

    This role blends remote work with occasional in-person visits to learners for progress reviews and additional tutoring as needed in your designated region.

    Ensuring the promotion and continual monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the job role
    Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS or equivalent.
    Occupational competent in the health and social care industry.
    Relevant qualification up to level 5 in health and social care.
    You'll be joining a prominent national training provider during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

    Location:
    Hybrid - Surrey and Croydon

    Salary:
    £28,000 to £30,000 (Up to 10,000 in bonus)
