    Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless HR system functionality by managing data entry, screens, and workflow processes.
Keep employee data current in Cascade, covering aspects like benefits, holidays, and organizational changes.
Develop and implement new features to accommodate evolving pay and benefits structures.
Generate scheduled HR reports and fulfill ad hoc report requests.
Provide user support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain and update company rules within the system, including holiday entitlements.
Conduct data uploads and manage document templates for communication purposes.
Serve as the primary contact for vendor helpdesk support and escalate unresolved issues.
Collaborate closely with the payroll team to ensure data synchronization between HR and Payroll modules.
Manage user profiles, allocating appropriate access levels.

If you're ready to take your HRIS expertise to the next level and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
