    We are looking to enhance our Corporate Department with a corporate / corporate and commercial solicitor with ideally - 5 years' post qualification experience or equivalent.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients.

    We are looking to enhance our Corporate Department with a corporate / corporate and commercial solicitor with ideally - 5 years' post qualification experience or equivalent.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients.

    Your role will see you engaged in matters spanning all aspects of the corporate life cycle, in particular
    mergers and acquisition transactions
    advising on incorporation, constitutional arrangements including shareholder agreements
    traditional/alternative funding requirements
    lending and security
    corporate re/structuring and joint venture arrangements
    partnerships and other corporate vehicles.

    We also specialise in providing a full range of advice to business owners and directors across many aspects of their business and personal life cycles and this offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be involved in commercial and cross-departmental advice for clients.

    We adopt a positive approach to encouraging flexible working amongst its workforce to retain its biggest asset, its people, and to enhance recruitment.

    Both full and part-time candidates will be considered for this role and hybrid working options are available.

    The successful candidate will be able to utilise any of our offices that serve the firm's core regions and will be encouraged work as part of our team across other offices when possible.

    You will be given responsibility from the outset and the opportunity to develop within the team through coaching from the other members of the team and through great access to training internally and externally.

    You will have the opportunity to develop your own client and professional referrer network with support from the team and the wider firm.
