    Description
    The Station Manager is a hands on operational role that will lead the delivery of great quality food and service front of house in a kitchen or quick kitchen station, supported by Service LeadersObsessive with delighting customers with our service, the Station Manager will lead their team from the front, coaching and giving feedback to improve performanceBuild a strong team of service leaders who lead the food quality, customer service and standards on every shiftEnsure we deliver food quality according to the specs and recipes as defined by the food teamEnsure your team deliver warm, friendly, and speedy service to our customers by doing regular house visitsEnsure you recruit and develop a team who align and deliver our values of warmth, graft and courageDeliver strong cleanliness and food and health and safety standards by doing regular house proud audits and setting goals and action plans for your teamEnsure commercial success by looking after the sales, cash and stock for your stationEnsure you up to date and accurate information for your team in My Westmorland People so that you can roster, approve holidays and pay colleagues on time and accuratelyCoaching your colleague trainer ensure all of your team are 100% trained both on the job and following the pathways on my Westmorland learn and are regularly logging onto the system so that they are informed about what is going on in the business (at least once a week)Follow people and employment law practices as defined by the businessComplete check ins so your team know how they are performing and what to focus on nextReward and recognise your team against our valuesHave a recruitment and succession plan in place ensuring you have a 100% family tree structureDeliver 5 star EHO auditsFocus on the retention of your team and the happiness of your colleagues by action planning your people focus and goals #INDWEST
