- Assurer le respect des engagements contractuels de laSociété
- Maximiser la satisfaction du client et des convivessur la partie Restauration
- Suivre et faire appliquer les plans d'actionsopérationnels groupe pour la partie Restauration
- Garantir le bon approvisionnement des satellites enanticipant les problèmes logistiques les plus courants
- Superviser l'implémentation des systèmes internes ets'assurer de leur bonne utilisation par les équipes
- Optimiser le food cost en application des procéduresGroupe
- Maintenir et optimiser la gestion humaine dessalariés affectés sur les sites, par la mise en place de plannings
- Recruter, former et faire évoluer le personnelnécessaire au bon fonctionnement des opérations de restauration et conformémentau budget établi avec la Direction
- Suivre et faire suivre les protocoles et lesdirectives QHSE mis en place en collaboration avec le service QHSE
- Superviser la gestion des approvisionnements et desstocks et mettre en place des procédures de suivi et des contrôles réguliersafin de limiter au maximum les pertes et vols éventuels

Perfil
Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'opérations dans le milieu du catering ou de la gestion hôtelière, dans un contexte international.
Vous avez déjà encadré des équipes multiculturelles.
La maîtrise de plusieurs langues est indispensable : français et anglais courant.
