    Catering Manager in Central Bristol

    Looking for a fresh challenge this summer where you can showcase your hospitality skills and still enjoy your evenings and weekends off?

    We have an exciting opportunity with weekly pay for 12 weeks, leading to a permanent role with a competitive salary and excellent company perks.
    A fantastic chance to experience the work environment before committing to a contract.

    BlueArrow is seeking an energetic chef with team management experience to join their welcoming team in a government office setting in central Bristol with daytime shifts and early Fridays.

    We are looking for someone with strong presentation, punctuality, organizational skills, and familiarity with technology for online ordering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure top-quality food production.
    * Plan, coordinate, and order food via online portal.
    * Maintain budgetary costs and profitability.
    * Serve meals promptly.
    * Follow recipes and production plans.
    * Keep kitchen areas clean.
    * Multitask efficiently.
    * Build client relationships.
    * Propose innovative ideas.
    * Manage recruitment and training.
    * Communicate effectively with the team.
    * Monitor unit P&L.
    * Control stock and ensure supplies.
    * Maintain a positive attitude.
