    As a Pet Claims Assessor , you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support throughout their claims journey.

    Have 1-3 years of experience as a Pet Claims Assessor - specific experience as a Pet Claims Assessor within the insurance sector is required for this role.

    Are motivated by a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    Understand the relevant pet insurancelegal and regulatory policies and procedures.

    Assess Pet Claims:
    You will confidently handle all types ofpet claims from notification to settlement.

    Provide feedback:
    to help improve customer experience and maximise accuracy and efficiency.
    Maintain compliance withrelevant legal and regulatory policies and procedures.

    Hybrid work environment:
    Attending our friendly London office two days per week
