    Electrical Field Service Engineer UK - Scotland (Dundee area)

    Heliox - Future-proof rapid charging solutions driving a cleaner tomorrowAre you ready to make a significant impact on cleaner, greener energy for large-scale public and commercial transport solutions? Join our passionate, international team as a Field Service Engineer at HelioxYour Role:

    As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting Heliox' cutting-edge products and solutions.

    You will be responsible for on-site commissioning, testing, and providing technical support for our charging solutions used in electric buses, e-trucks, and other high-utilization transportation systems.

    Your expertise will also be instrumental in diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions, as well as conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

    Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to product improvements and provide on-site training to customers.


    Your Responsibilities:


    repairs, modifications and corrective maintenance on our product line across Europe.comprehensive test and service suggest improvements to our products and services.quality control for third-party technical service commissioning activities, including Site Acceptance in the field, support 1st line technical support in resolving tests and measurements both online and on- training sessions for address failures affecting product updating and enhancing service development teams to deploy, test, and provide feedback on new products.


    Required Qualifications:
    & Guilds Level 3 HND/HNC or equivalent.experience in commissioning and/or service electrical installations and PLC systems.troubleshooting willingness to learn EV Charging CAN willingness to obtain local safety read circuit Linux basic command or willingness to learn.driving travel internationally when required.
