    Job DescriptionThe Security Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, enhancement, and execution of our Security capabilities.

    This position involves coordinating processes, procedures, and workflows for Security tooling, monitoring, and incident response. Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams is essential to ensure comprehensive security measures. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential security threats.
    Principal AccountabilitiesSupporting the day-to-day interface with Fastmarkets outsourced MSSP SOC teamTaking a hands on approach with our infosec toolsWorking in cross functional teams to support projects and changeAssisting the implementation of the security strategy and roadmap planningContributing to security documentation (e.g playbooks, use cases, policies and processes)

    Analysing compliance with security policies to identify control gaps.

    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSWe are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team.

    Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
    Demonstrable experience in handling InfoSec incidents and Data breaches.

    Possess an understanding of how a SOC functionsDisplay broad knowledge of security tooling such as WAF, Zscaler, SIEM, DLP, EDR, email security, Vulnerability managementExhibit technical proficiency in Azure, including security and best practices.

    Stay informed about new and emerging security threats and assess the effectiveness of current controlsAn understanding of security frameworksAble to document and organise processesA self-starter who is confident in communicating with business and technology partnersAbility to prioritise workloads and problem-solveExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) across different functionsImportant note:

    This role is required to take part in the on-call rota for incident response, this may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
