My client is a small
Financial Services provider based in
Birmingham City Centre.

Due to continued success and growth they are currently recruiting for a
Senior Office Adminstrator to support both the Operations Director and Compliance Director.

Reporting the senior management this is a varied role with exposure to Compliance, Audit, HR and IT. Your responsibilities will include;

Compliance:

  • Check Insurer financial ratings
  • Review TOBAs
  • Carry out sanctions checks
  • Keep regulatory structure charts uptodate
  • Coordinate annual fit and proper assessments

Audit:

  • Assisting the Audit Director with supporting administration in relation to internal auditing

HR:

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new staff
  • Keep HR files uptodate
  • Assist with the coordination of annual appraisals

IT:

  • Arrange IT equipment/system access for new starters
  • Review BCP information on a quarterly basis
  • Monitor supplier contracts
  • General office admin
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to consolidate and build on previous experience within the
Financial Services sector. You will work with senior level staff and get broad exposure to all parts of the business. Experience within
Financial Services is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Previous experience within
Compliance or Audit is desirable. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
