Our learning centres provide a nurturing environmentwhere each tutor will support up to six children at a time to learnand grow using our smart learning tool, Compass.
As a professionaltutor, your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, andsupporting the development and progression of these young minds,helping them to dream bigger.
Youwill tailor your teaching approach to each childs unique needs,ensuring they achieve consistent progress through delivery of thenational curriculum and entrance exam preparation.
Youll be theguiding force that helps the children achieve real progress and unlockthe joy of learning.You'll then have access to ongoing training, a supportive network oflike-minded educators, and the opportunity to make a real differencein the lives of children.
We see them as opportunities for innovation and growth,and our courage fuels our drive to overcome obstacles. Completean assessment that involves a short maths and English test and a2-question video interview.You'll work with 6 children at atime.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 hoursover 2 days a week.
Working days are between Tuesday &Saturday.
Start time is between 3:30pm & 4pm on weekdays.
Your base hourly pay will be:
Under 18 – £7.Add an additional50p per hour if you will be working at a centre inside the M25.
Alltutors receive further uplifts to their base hourly pay due to holidayentitlement and based on the number of hours they have worked.
On topof your tutoring shifts, you will be paid for all of your training andinduction sessions.You'll need to have a 6or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE level or equivalent.
