Senior EngineerWe are working with one of the region's leading civil engineering contractors who have a health order book and pipeline of future work within the South Wales region.
They operate multiple long-term frameworks, in addition to delivering sizeable one-off schemes across water, highways, environmental works etc.Due to securing several projects, they require a Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a £30 million project within a 3-year timeframe, based just outside of Cardiff.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass technical leadership, project coordination, and mentorship of junior engineers.You will be instrumental in ensuring the project's objectives are met efficiently while fostering the professional development of the team.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in civil engineering principles, methods, and best practices throughout all project phases.
