Will you join us?

As Senior Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a critical role in the experience of a supporter when they engage with Mind.

You will build strong working relationships with the teams communicating with Mind's warm audiences, oversee delivery of organisational supporter communications planning and champion Mind's commitment to supporter engagement.

You will be committed to delivering process improvement and working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure we put supporters at the heart of everything we do, through all touchpoints.

The post is available for home or office-based working

This position is in line with current guidance, the post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team) but this role will retain some flexibility working from home (hybrid working).
