- Completing and conducting quality and compliance checks across the production areas.
- Continuous Improvement activities and the resolution of issues.
- Working closely within Production and across the Engineering teams.
- Quality Assurance department activities.
- Manufacturing / production background in either machining, quality, assembly or similar looking to progress. Or someone perhaps with manufacturing/production team Leading / supervising experience who understand manufacturing processes and procedures across departments.
- Any quality knowledge experience would be an advantage but training can be given
- IT Literate due to the systems used on site, training can be given for the more specialised systems.
- Excellent team player who can work well across teams and great communicator.

Please note, this role will start on a Day Shift for the first couple of months before going onto the Earlies / Lates shift pattern. Flexibility will be important to support the business needs and in the first year may require some further time on Day Shift.
