    Description
    Purpose
    This role will focus on Operations and Support of various GMAS North America, United Kingdom
    and Asia Pacific applications. This role will focus on monitoring the production and certification
    environment to ensure application SLA's are met.
    Essential
    Duties
    ● Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end
    processing and ancillary systems.
    ● Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
    ● Provide second-level support for Global internal teams as it relates to the Merchant
    Accounting System, back-end processing and ancillary systems.
    ● Will provide assistance in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting
    Operations procedures and processes

    • Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative.
    Understand implications of work
    and make recommendations for solutions.
    ● Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System
    Other Duties
    ● Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to
    ensure work products are delivered in a timely manner
    ● Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources
    Required
    Qualifications
    ● Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of education
    ● Typically Minimum 2 years Relevant Experience
    ● IT or Business related study

    • Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
    • Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.
    ● Google Suite experience
    Preferred
    Qualifications
    ● Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment
    ● Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge
