Department Overview
The design team is part of the StoneX Marketing department and has 19 team members based in London and US.
You'll be working directly with the London team, reporting to the Creative Director, with the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and discussions.
- Concept Development: Assist in creating design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Software Proficiency: Use design software to produce visual assets, such as graphics and layouts.
- Project Support: Assist in executing design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Learning and Adaptability: Stay informed on design trends, incorporate feedback, and demonstrate flexibility in taking on various design tasks.
Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend user requirement and interpret briefs.
- Natural flair for online digital graphics design, Web Design
- Experience in using Adobe products eg Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Effective interpersonal skills and selfdriven
- Sense of urgency
- Honest, curious and Selfdriven
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
- The confidence to fail
Early Careers Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 OR August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a June 2024 start date for a 8 week program
- Must be authorized to work in the UK for any employer
