- Liaise with customers and colleagues to maintain excellent customer service
- Service, maintain, and install equipment nationwide
- Respond to customer demands promptly and professionally
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Install new machines and provide training
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineering, admin, and sales teams
- Participate in training courses as required
- Regular travel and overnight stays may be necessary
- Electrical engineering qualification
- Field engineering experience
- PLC interrogation experience, especially Siemens S7/TIA & OMRON
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Polite telephone manner
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Provide digital job reports with excellent English/Grammar
