- Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are managed
- Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
- Valid driver's license
