Business Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Onsite 3 days a week in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational and business processes within our organization. You will need a strong grasp of business operations, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Document current and future processes using techniques such as BPMN or flowcharts.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
Develop business requirements documents and functional specifications.
Provide support and guidance during the implementation of process changes.

Analysing existing business processes
Collaborating with stakeholders
Documenting processes
Developing requirements documents
Working with IT teams
Creating training materials
Providing ongoing support
Monitoring and evaluating solutions

Knowledge & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities
Solid understanding of business process modelling tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools

Qualifications & Training:

Industry recognized Business Analyst certification
