Position : Specialist Chef De Partie - Japanese
Employer : Luxury Pan Asian Restaurant
Location: Essex, London
Salary : £39,650 per annum
Working hours / days 48 hours within 5/6 day week
Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income boosting incentives, employer's workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more
Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment

Skilfully preparing, cooking and finishing a range of complex dishes and delicacies specific to country and regional theme of our restaurant and menu. Further duties and responsibilities include a range of kitchen operation tasks commensurate with job role

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

Eligibility to live and work in UK
High level creative skills and mastery in preparation of authentic Japanese dishes and other specialities
Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non UK applicants)
Resident within commutable distance of up to 1 hour

In addition you should also be:-

Performance, achievement and results driven

Able to work well with others
Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence
A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
