H&C Solutions are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning rustic French rosetted bistro, located within walking distance to Barbican station. Serving hearty French delights – authentic, home-cooked French cuisine. This well-established bistro has a long-standing reputation and offers guests a very warm and friendly dining experience. They have a very stable management team and each member of staffed is valued

Chef De Partie Benefits:

1AA Restaurant
80+ covers
Classic French with European influences
6 chefs across main kitchen & pastry
Barbican / Farringdon (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan)
£37,000 per annum
48 hours – Closed Sundays and Mondays
Latest finish 10.30pm
Small intricate seasonal menu

Chef De Partie Requirements:

A confident and skilled Chef De Partie who has a strong knowledge of French cuisine.
Qualifications is a positive but not a necessity.
An organised and reliable Chef De Partie with a stable background.
A confident chef capable of supervising and inspiring junior chefs.
A chef who has previous experience in a small team, ideally within a French restaurant.
