    Description
    Shift Maintenance Technician - Cobham, Surrey
    DEPARTMENT: Facilities
    REPORTING TO: Estates and Facilities Operations Manager
    JOB FUNCTION: Performing maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment to high standards
    DIRECT REPORTS: None
    LOCATION: Primarily at Cobham Training Ground, with potential work at other Chelsea FC sites
    CONTRACT: Permanent (4-day shifts on; 4 days off, 10-hour days)
    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Your Contribution):
    • Creating a safe environment for players, staff, and visitors
    • Using mobile CAFM system for work tracking and notes
    • Maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment
    • Repairing or replacing systems and equipment
    • Supporting Chelsea FC team and guests
    • Managing building systems
    • Attending meetings and training sessions
    • Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and H&S guidelines
    • Following company H&S procedures
    • Completing necessary documentation
    • Conducting pool testing
    • Assisting in operational tasks

    Qualifications:
    • Basic understanding of H&S
    • Electrical or Mechanical qualifications
    • Experience in building services
    Experience:
    • Previous work in a maintenance team
    • Effective communicator
    • Experience in public-facing roles
    • Familiarity with BMS systems
    • Experience with HVAC systems and other equipment
