    About Invision360

    • We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

    Invision360 develop software to ensure positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, through digital solutions.     Requirements

    • 5 years of industry experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role
    • Experience developing responsive web apps for both desktop and mobile
    • Experience working with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Experience working with
    • Deep understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
    • Broad familiarity of web servers (e.g. NGINX)
    • Extensive experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS)
    • Experience writing unit tests and feature tests
    • Experience with agile development (Scrum)
    • Experience working on a remote team
    • Fluent in written and spoken English

    Responsibilities Include

    • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
    • Design client-side and server-side architecture
    • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
    • Write effective APIs
    • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
    • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
    • Create security and data protection settings
    • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
    • Write technical documentation
    • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
