    About The Role We're currently looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to provide protection advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall's customers.

    With an extremely high emphasis on customer service, Alexander Hall is very well known throughout the mortgage and protection industry, winning 11 industry awards in the last 2 years alone We also have a first class reputation for investing in the development of our people, achieving an employee engagement score 12% above the UK average.

    TASKS & DUTIES:

    • Achieve personal sales results
    • Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
    • Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
    • Maintain daily structure
    • Build relationship with referring mortgage advisers

    MEASUREMENTS:

    • Protection case volumes
    • KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
    • RBM grade
    • Client feedback
    • Level of referrals from mortgage advisers
    • Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

    LOCATION:
     This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
