In this role you will assess learners on-site who are aiming to complete their apprenticeships within Property Maintenance at Level 2.
You will also coach and mentor learners throughout their apprenticeship.
What you get in return
This college offers a great package with a salary of up to £33k + a salary supplement which can increase your earnings significantly.
Excellent pension of up to 23.6% (with 16% employer contribution)
Annual leave adding up to a total of up to 52 days per year.
To be successful
To be successful in this role you will need a background in construction ideally within Carpentry & Joinery, Bricklaying, Plastering or Painting & Decorating - experience in multiple would be excellent A relevant level 2 qualification in construction would be essential
A passion for mentoring / helping people to achieve their potential.
An assessors award would be very beneficial but training can be provided however, a good understanding of apprenticeships would be beneficial.
