- Gather market intelligence/data on clients, vendors and/or solutions
- Business process design and mapping (i.e. using Visio or LucidChart)
- Summarize findings in Microsoft Office or Google applications (i.e. presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) or using a data analytics platform (i.e. Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau or PowerBi)
- Build compelling visuals and impactful presentations using storytelling
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings
- Prepare deliverables within stated timelines, tracking progress as required by team leadership
- Conduct business analysis and prepare business cases for client review
- Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion, and how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool.
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- An attention to detail with the ability to participate, communicate and apply knowledge to deliver quality results
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
- Exceptional analytical capability, to apply the necessary judgment to ask questions, and assess issues as they arise
- Able to deliver / work under pressure; possess "Can-Do" attitude, and ability to operate within tight deadlines

- Effective problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and successfully multitask
