    Receptionist with Team Assistant

    An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Receptionist with 1-2 years corporate front of house experience, to play a vital role in a fast-growing private equity in a beautiful office in the heart of central London.

    This global firm is looking for a driven, hungry and passionate graduate to be based on Reception to support EAs and The Operations Team.

    As a Graduate Receptionist, you will be supporting the entire business with great gatekeeping, a traditional meet and greet service, and general team administration.

    Therefore, you will have had a minimum of 1-2 years of helping with reception, booking meetings, arranging travel, arranging couriers and handling overflow Executive Assistant duties.


    You will be mentored to take initiative and develop professionally.

    As you show an entrepreneurial approach, more will be added to your role including PA responsibilities with scope to develop awareness of financial services.

    You will be confident in both oral and written communication, with the ability to prioritise and respond well to high-pressure environments, working at a fast pace.

    For this role, you must be motivated and keen to learn and have a fabulous welcoming manner.

    Academic prowess has been highly prized, but it is not essential. A curiosity towards private equity is desired.
