deliver engaging content to educate and raise awareness, attracting new customers and boosting their brand from


Key responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and team from concept to delivery of final piece.
  • Undertake research on energy / sustainability and present in a clear way for a B2B audience.
  • Identify customers'/partner's needs & gaps in content and recommend new topic ideas.
  • Revise following feedback, proofread and edit all articles before publication.
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Compose responses to tenders/FAQs ensuring key messages are included, tone of voice and following brand guidelines.
  • Collate information from all departments, sector trends and compile ongoing set of tender answers and insights.
  • Revise existing content to reflect business changes or new preferences.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content.

Skills and experience required:


  • Qualifications in
    communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
:


  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Familiarity with web publications and SEO
  • Working knowledge of content management systems e.g., WordPress
  • A portfolio of published articles/whitepapers/blogs/research/social media
  • Excellent research, writing, editing and grammatical skills in English.
  • Ability to understand various topics, what customers want and the needs of the business.
  • Effective communication skills relay information clearly to audience
