    Join a highly boutique wealth management firm in the heart of London as an Investment / Portfolio Administrator!

    Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working available.

    Duties of the Investment / Portfolio Administrator:

    • Support the company's CEO and Director with daily administrative tasks and investment decisions.
    • Manage and update client files.
    • Assist with Compliance and client onboarding.
    • Verify trade settlements and reconcile in the portfolio management system.
    • Prepare client reports and invoices.
    • Analyze client portfolio performance.
    • Take minutes in meetings and handle client inquiries.
    • Engage in project tasks.

    Requirements for the successful candidate:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trading or wealth management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
    • Proficiency in investment tasks and analytical software.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong IT skills including Excel and Word.
    • Effective communication and understanding of risk and compliance.
    • Optional Level 4 Investment Management Qualification.
    • Language proficiency in Italian and/or French preferred.
