-THE ROLE
Operational Support Services Trainee
- Glasgow
- Work in conjunction with Front of House to provide cover along with other Front of House duties, such as dealing with incoming calls; incoming and outgoing mail; dealing with visitors and providing relevant refreshments; organisation of meeting room calendars and meeting room requirements
- High quality document production including letters, reports, proposals and mail merges using all MS Office packages, ensuring the content is accurate, error free and meets our brand guidelines and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of expense claims and accurate and timely transcription of audio dictation to meet agreed deadlines
- Assist other members of the Operational Support Team in ad hoc projects or new initiatives being rolled out along with any other duties requested in order to maximise efficiencies
Experience and skill set required for the role:
- HNC/HND Administration & Information Technology is required
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail is key
- Full training will be provided
