The Health Records Department is open 7 days a week and our service demands can be 08:00am to 06:00pm Monday to Sunday

To carry out all Access to Records duties in a manner that ensures compliance with Departmental targets, the Health Records Operational Policy, the Data Protection Act & the Access to Health Records Act 1990.
To deal with internal and external telephone enquiriesThe focus of this role will include keyboard skills, data inputting and moderate use of display screen equipment and manual handling of healthcare records.
